ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The loss of a spouse, sibling, parent or child is a trying time in one’s life. “A TIME TO HEAL” is a four-part workshop series designed to provide valuable information as well as support for those who are coping with a recent loss.
It is recommended to begin this workshop
after the first three months from experiencing the loss.
The focus of each workshop will include an informational part coupled with a support session. The education component will be held during the first hour and will provide useful information to recognize the stages of grief and ways to work through those feelings. The workshop concludes with participants expressing and sharing (if desired) their questions, feelings and experiences.
