Qualifications include: successful experience working as an administrative assistant; self-motivated with the ability to work independently; excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook 365; strong communication skills, both oral and written; high level of organization, ability to manage priorities and multitask efficiently; ability to work in a highly confidential environment; present professionalism as well as a welcoming voice and face to callers and visitors; proven ability to work collaboratively.
